Using the enquiry form

The form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send the form to a website database or store the entered details in browser storage. You choose whether to send the email.

If you email us, we receive the information in your message, such as your name, contact details and event requirements, to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive guest information in an initial enquiry.

Website hosting

The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical connection information to deliver and secure the website. Your email provider processes messages under its own terms.
